About Us

Amy and Owen independently own and run Snowytrees and have been in the Morzine area for 10 years. Having met on the university ski trip in 2001, we have always loved the mountains and winter sports, so it was only a matter of time before we moved here for good!

We have skied in many European ski resorts but fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere in Morzine along with the vast array of activities available all year round, especially the skiing which is second to none.

Together we have spent over 20 winter seasons in the French Alps working in different aspects of the tourism industry, mainly as chalet hosts in catered chalets but also transfer driving and ski school office staff, which we feel has given us excellent experience from every angle of a chalet holiday!

The catered chalet in Morzine is beautiful, absolutely spotlessly clean, and the hot tub is just perfect at the end of a long day skiing. Amy is a wonderful cook and catered to our every need. The food was absolutely top class all week. We had so much fun staying here, a really wonderful ski holiday and will be back ASAP!
